ActionBot is a chat support concept for the ActionFigure.ai (formerly TransitScreen) website. This would be a branded bot and mascot that would mainly serve as the customer service communicator on the website or app.

The idea was to lift the ActionFigure brand to be more engaging and personalized to have increased interaction with prospects and current customers.
